Hardware items for the H89 included H-89 Speed Mod, a speed upgrade allowing 2/4 MHz operation, and WIN89, an internal hard-drive option.

Software included several financial products which were available across the entire range of Heath/Zenith Computers from the H8/H89, to their PC compatibles.

They also had offered products for the Zentih PC compatibles.
